Laura Warnock

Yoga and Pilates Teahcher

Ive practiced yoga for over 20 years and Im passionate about sharing the practice as its been so impactful on my whole life and has helped make me the woman I am today.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life, I studied dance throughout school and was
drawn to yoga and pilates when I worked in management to help with stress, then found myself drawn to both yoga and pilates rather than the gym.

After I had kids Yoga became my sanctuary navigating kids, work, then divorce it was my time to
ground and reset. As a previous high performing perfectionist yoga helped me to just be. To pause
and accept.

Around 7 years ago I completed a 200 hrs facilitator training and then a further 50 hrs on Injury
Modification with Fierce Grace Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates 1 & 2 and more recently 250hrs Vinyasa Facilitator Training with Form Glasgow. I think its so important to keep learning.

I care deeply about creating spaces where everybody feels welcome and included.
I like to create classes that encourage strength and ease, and the joy of movement, offering
accessible variations for all bodies and all minds.

Lucy Lauder

Yoga Teacher

As well as being a recent graduate of Form!'s 250hr Facilitator Training, Lucy is a poet and creative writing facilitator. Her writing is interested in the imagery of dreams and generational mythologies. Lucy came to our training looking to deepen her physical yoga practice. She was surprised to find that the devotional enquiries offered by the training allowed her to tap into a great well of creative inspiration within herself that she’d only had occasional access to before.

Lucy is currently working on developing offerings that assist others to clear space for creative resourcing in their everyday lives. She shares her writing and other offerings on Instagram @lucyylit and by mailing list: email livvy.lauder@gmail.com with subject MAILING LIST to join.

Chloe Cannon

Yoga Teacher

I teach Vinyasa and flow yoga, balancing power and softness: strong, energising sequences set to carefully curated soundtracks, alongside moments of stillness that bring you back home to yourself.

Yoga came into my life during a profoundly challenging time, and it saved my life. It helped me walk the long road back to myself, from moving my body to something deeper: learning how to know, love and stay close to myself.

I weave in meditation, breathwork and philosophy to create a practice that goes beyond the physical into something more meaningful and connected.

Through my 250-hour training with Form & Reset, I found not just a qualification but a calling. Yoga is a gift I feel deeply grateful for and called to share.

I teach a weekly early morning flow at the Soul Works 07:45-08:30 Wednesdays.  More info and booking here: https://www.thesoulworksstudio.co.uk

I’m also the founder of Good Things, a women’s community centred on connection and wellbeing.  We run yoga and wellbeing events where woman can spend time together in a supportive environment.
